Perfect for a cozy getaway!
The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the train station. Loved having fresh milk for my tea! The breakfasts were tasty, really filled me up for the day. The only thing was the sound from the street was a bit much at times. a charming spot with stunning sea views, even in the rain.

The room was cramped, and we faced constant traffic noise. The ensuite was not cleaned properly, and it felt really uncomfortable.

The room was quite small and situated up a lot of stairs, making access a bit of a workout. The toilet emitted an alarming amount of noise during the night, which wasn't exactly conducive to sleep. The ensuite felt cramped and could use better cleaning. a moldy shower definitely detracted from the experience. A dirty balcony, labelled as unusable, was an unwelcome surprise, alongside misleading photos regarding the overall size and view from the room.

The Angove made my stay unforgettable. The beach view from my room was stunning, and breakfast offered a delicious full English plus cereals and refreshments with an honesty box. Hosts Vanessa and Simon went above and beyond, making us feel welcome. The decor and cleanliness stood out, making the place feel like home. I especially appreciated the eco-friendly touch with glass bottle milk. the stairs were a workout, especially to the top of the house—requesting a lower room next time would be wise. a fantastic experience that I'd love to repeat.

Had a blast with friends! We loved exploring the stunning coastline and cycling around the area. The welcoming hosts had put so much love into their place. Breakfast was amazing, with loads of options and fresh choices. The location is perfect, close to everything we wanted to do, like hitting the beach and visiting local attractions.
The stairs were quite a workout, especially with our luggage. Next time, we'll request a room on a lower level. It can be tough if you're not prepared for that.
